Mobile application tailored to the unique needs of a small, independent scooter/moped repair shop and retail space.
This project aimed to streamline customer communication and operational efficiency through a customized web application. Recognizing the need for clearer communication between the shop and its customers, we focused on developing a user-friendly interface that facilitated transparent updates on repair progress. By integrating a notes section into the application, mechanics could effortlessly record and update details related to each repair, ensuring comprehensive records and enhancing service quality.
Additionally, the application featured a scheduling module designed to simplify the process of arranging pickup and drop-off times for customers' mopeds or scooters. This functionality not only provided convenience but also minimized potential misunderstandings and wait times, optimizing the overall customer experience. Through iterative testing and feedback loops, we refined the user interface to ensure intuitive navigation and accessibility across different devices, catering to both the shop's staff and its diverse customer base.
The project culminated in a cohesive solution that not only met the shop's operational needs but also empowered customers with real-time updates and easy scheduling options.
